    AIJAN Is The Way To Go For Losing Weight
     

    I have tried diet tablets and patches etc nothing has worked. I joined AIJAN (age is just a number) bit apprehensive, but in the first week or so, I lost half a stone. Phil was really helpful and friendly I sometimes find it hard to mix, but I fitted straight in.

    Best Weight Loss Programme I Have Followed
     

    Have struggled with weight for most of my life. Aijan has been transformational. The combination of regular (daily) online workouts in a friendly, non-intimidating setting, calorie deficit and, most importantly, the support which Phil gives makes for a successful outcome.
